Happy New Year!

Exuberant Cottage Garden

Happy New Year!!!

I think this photo captures perfectly how I'm feeling about 2009: exuberant, colorful and full of life. May your upcoming year be as bright as you can imagine!

My Very Best,

~Angela :-)

I love this garden. Unfortunately it's not mine--I wish! I took this photo while on my local garden tour last summer. Equally as unfortunately, I forgot the name of the rose there in the middle. If anyone has a guess, let me know!

Angela, I feel like that about 2009 as well. I think it is all the great ideas and optimism I have gained from reading gardening blogs. Thank you for some great posts in 2008 and looking forward to your exuberant and colorful posts in 2009 - this one was a great start.

Best wishes Sylvia (England)

Pretty review of the year in flowers. You have a beautiful garden. Happy New Gardening Year (all the seasons ahead again). Margie

Hi - its good to see someone is feeling positive about 2009 - there is alot of doom and gloom here in the UK but personally I am feeling quite positive too.

What a fresh image. I felt revitalized when I look at it. A good new year to you.

Angela this is really a lot of fun getting to know your very talented gardening style. We are due for a good gardening year and the currents rains have set a course in that direction. Wishing you the best and so glad to have been in your garden today. The picture is lovely but your gardens are even lovelier. The rose might be a David Austin but I'm not sure which one. He has such beautiful bloom heads.

Well, this is my first visit to your blog! We are a group of volunteers and starting a new initiative in a community in the same niche. Your blog provided us valuable information to work on. You have done a marvellous job!

Dude.. I am not much into reading, but somehow I got to read lots of articles on your blog. Its amazing how interesting it is for me to visit you very often.

I was rationalizing on this topic last evening and I resolved to search the WWW for some information. Your blog came up in my search and I'm impress what you have written on this field. As I'm currently expanding my search and thus cannot contribute further, however, I've bookmarked it and will be returning to further comment. Like I said, love this comment and will be back shortly.
